Cat Food in Iced Tea, Prank or Crime? Beachwood Police Blotter

How'd cat food get in that iced tea?

An employee at Gali's Florist and Garden Center on Chagrin Boulevard called police at 5:30 p.m. Friday, July 19 to report that a co-worker put cat food in her iced tea. The police report did not say whether it was dry cat food or canned. 

Falling concrete citation

A dump truck driver was cited after police found concrete was falling out of the truck as he drove along Chagrin Boulevard at I-271 at 9:20 am. Tuesday, July 23.

A man was cited for having an open container of liquor while a passenger in a parked car in the Beachwood Place Mall parking lot Saturday, July 20 at 4:30 p.m.

Expensive stereo equipment taken

Somebody took $2,000 in stereo equipment from a car parked in lot at Doubletree By Hilton on Park East, sometime between Friday, July 19 at 10:45 p.m. and Saturday, July 20 at 6 a.m. One of the car's windows was broken as well.
