Atlanta-area lawyer weighs in on the latest development in the legal action against a woman accused of conspiring to murder her Beachwood native husband Russell Sneiderman.

Andrea Sneiderman has asked a judge to postpone proceedings in the Sneiderman family's lawsuit against her alleging that she participated in her late husband's murder. Andrea Sneiderman Withdraws Request to Visit Husband's Grave

Widow and accused murderer of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman cites "media coverage" for withdrawing request to observe Yahrtzeit at Russell's grave.

The widow and accused murderer of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has withdrawn a request for a judge to allow her to visit her husband's grave next week, Atlanta's 11Alive News reports. Andrea Sneiderman is accused of conspiring in the November 2010 murder of Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare center. The widow faces murder, criminal attempt to commit murder, perjury and other charges and is currently staying at her parents' home under house arrest. Her former boss Hemy Neuman was handed a life sentence earlier this year for shooting Russell Sneiderman, and prosecutors allege that Andrea Sneiderman manipulated Neuman into doing it for the $2 million in life insurance money. Widow of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman appeared in court this morning.

The widow of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has pleaded not guilty to killing her husband, Dunwoody Patch reports. Andrea Sneiderman appeared in court this morning. Her boss was convicted of killing Russell Sneiderman and she is charged with being involved in the November 2010 shooting. She currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond. Evidence subpoenaed in the trial of Andrea Sneiderman is similar to that which was used to convict her former boss Hemy Neuman of killing her husband Russell Sneiderman, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. The widow and accused murder conspirator of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman is on house arrest awaiting a trial on eight counts against her. Andrea Sneiderman: Steve Sneiderman Should Not Execute Russell Sneiderman's Will

Widow of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman wants her brother-in-law removed as will executor.

Andrea Sneiderman asked a judge to remove her brother-in-law as executor of her slain husband Russell Sneiderman's will, according to WSB-TV. The widow and accused murderer of Russell Sneiderman told the judge Friday that Russell's brother Steve Sneiderman should not execute the will because of statements he has made accusing her of the killing. Russell Sneiderman was gunned down in a Dunwoody, Ga. parking lot in 2010 by Andrea Sneiderman's boss Hemy Neuman. Read the full story here.

Sneiderman Children Visitation Case Settled

The custody battle over slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman's children was dismissed in a DeKalb County court this morning.

The visitation case over the children of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman and his widow — and the woman who's been charged with his murder — has been dismissed, Atlanta's 11Alive News reports. Andrea Sneiderman is out of jail on a $500,000 bond until her trial on charges that she was involved in her husband's slaying. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, is serving a life sentence in jail for shooting and killing Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, Ga. day care in 2010. Sneiderman's parents, who still live in Beachwood, sued the children's mother, Andrea Sneiderman, for visitation rights several months ago.  This morning, the case was dismissed without prejudice because both parties had reached an agreement. Followers of the Hemy Neuman trial find each other on Twitter.

In Dunwoody, Ga., a few people have become acquaintances in an unlikely way: they've been following the murder case of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, Reporter Newspaper reports. Hemy Neuman, Sneiderman's widow's boss, is serving a life term in prison for shooting and killing him outside a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare center in November 2010. Last month, Sneiderman's widow Andrea Sneiderman was charged with being involved in the murder. The widow of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has been granted a $500,000 bond on charges that she was involved in her husband's 2010 slaying. Andrea Sneiderman has been in jail since her Aug. 2 arrest on charges that she was involved when her boss Hemy Neuman shot and killed Russell outside a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare center. The judge set several conditions for Andrea Sneiderman's bond, including that half her bond be in cash, that she wear an ankle bracelet and live with her parents for the duration of her bail, that she surrender her passport and her children's passports to the court and that she not have any contact with any potential witnesses to her trial except her immediate family. Andrea Sneiderman's Attorneys Expect Full Exoneration

WSBTV: A not guilty verdict is not enough, said defense team: they want to prove, in the court of law and the court of public opinion, that Sneiderman was not involved in Russell Sneiderman's murder.

Andrea Sneiderman's defense team expects to fully clear her name from her husband Russell Sneiderman's murder, WSBTV reports. Andrea Sneiderman was arrested earlier this month and charged with murder for alleged involvement in the 2010 shooting death of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman. The Atlanta TV station interviewed two members of her defense team, John Petrey and Doug Chalmers, who said that simply getting a "not guilty" verdict by means of a technicality is not enough.
