Drunken, Suspended Driver With Open Beer Crashes into Mall Snowbank
Beachwood Police arrested the man on multiple charges.
The following information was supplied by the Beachwood Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. A man was arrested at the Beachwood Place Mall after police say he drove drunk and crashed into a snowbank with open beer in his car and a suspended driver’s license. The man crashed his car at 9:43 p.m. Dec. 30. When they arrived, they discovered the man also had a suspended license and two arrest warrants. The man was charged with having an open container in a public place, reckless operation, driving under suspension. His wife was also charged for allowing him to drive her car.
