Registration for memberships with the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center begins May 20.
Can't wait til summer? Join the club. Luckily, pool season is around the corner. The Beachwood Family Aquatic Center is introducing a new family photo identification system, according to the city's website. Everybody who buys a membership or renews a membership will be getting a new photo. Early registration starts May 20-23 from 1-6 p.m. at the community center. After that, you can register Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Recreation Office, 25325 Fairmount Blvd. Aquatic Center Memberships *For more details, see the aquatic center's webpage. Be prepared when you go: The swimming pool season starts May 25, with early swimming days on May 25, 26, 27 and June 2, 8, 9. The first full day of swimming begins June 14. …

Check out the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center for a zip line, pony rides, rock climbing, carnival rides and more this weekend.
The Beachwood Family Aquatic Center's parking lot will be transformed into a free carnival this weekend. Family Fun Day takes place Sunday, Sept. 2 from 1 to 5 p.m. and will include zip line rides, pony rides, rock climbing, carnival rides, face painting, inflatables, crafts and more. The event is free. Rock, roots and zydeco band will be at tonight's free Beachwood Summer Evening Concert Series at the Family Aquatic Center.
Tonight's Beachwood Summer Evening Concert Series will feature Cats on Holiday, a local rock, roots and zydeco band. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center. It's free and open to the public. Click the video above for a preview of the band.

Free concerts held Tuesdays at Beachwood Family Aquatic Center

Tonight see the 730 Club perform pop, R&B and rock favorites from the last four decades at the Beachwood Summer Evening Concert Series at the Family Aquatic Center. Yesterday afternoon brought cooler temperatures, wind to Beachwood Family Aquatic Center
Cool air and winds prompted Beachwood Family Aquatic Center lifeguards to don long pants and sweatshirts Monday afternoon. Temperatures in the high 60s coupled with cold wind forced all but the bravest little swimmers from the pool. But don't worry, today will begin a gradual heat-up and temperatures will be back into the 80s by Wednesday. Get your five-day forecast here.

After an unseasonably warm spring, opening weekend at the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center is finally here! The pool will be open today, tomorrow and Monday; next weekend, June 9 and 10; and then will be open daily until Labor Day.
