Beachwood wrestling scholarship fund a way to support Parmertor's family
Those in the Beachwood Community looking for a way to support Domenick Iammarino have one more outlet to choose from, says one local woman: support his wrestling legacy at Beachwood High School. The Ron Madow Athletic Achievement Award – a memorial scholarship - goes to a graduating wrestler every year and is named after Iammarino’s late friend and assistant coach. Ron’s widow Stacie said that donors can give in Iammarino’s name to honor him and help support the program Iammarino started nearly half a decade ago. “That’s his whole 40-some years that he’s been at Beachwood.” Iammarino’s grandson Daniel Parmertor died last week in a shooting at Chardon High School.
