Fourth Four Seasons Building Approved by Beachwood
Planning and Zoning Commission gives green light to new apartment building on George Zeiger Drive
The Beachwood Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve plans for a fourth building at Four Seasons apartments. The four-story building, a part of the site's master plan, will be U-shaped with a pond in the center. It will have 133 one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet. Goldberg Companies, Inc., owns the property. A representative said that the building is expected to take one year to build, and they hope to start construction around July 1.
