New Year's Eve festivities bring noise complaints
Dec. 29 9:33 a.m. – California Salads and Catering, 23240 Chagrin Blvd., reported a breaking and entering in which $150 was stolen from the cash register sometime since Sunday, Dec. 26. 4:44 p.m. – Three men stole three handbags valued at $5,630 from the Louis Vuitton store inside Saks Fifth Avenue at the Beachwood Place Mall. They ran from the store and were not located. 6:52 p.m. – Police were called to a fight between two groups of six or seven juvenile males in front of J. Crew at the Beachwood Place Mall. A bystander separated the groups and the boys left before police arrived. Jan. 1 12:32 a.m. – Police were called to Homewood Suites, 25275 Central Parkway, for a report of a fight in the parking lot.
