The Cleveland Pops Orchestra
<p>The Cleveland Pops Orchestra was founded in 1995 by Carl Topilow, and performs a variety of concerts throughout the year at venues around northeast Ohio. This location serves as its office and practice space. Performances take place at Severance Hall and the Palace Theater. The Pops perform an annual holiday matinee concert, as well as a New Year's Eve concert and dance.</p> <p> </p>
