I wish I could give a zero rating. Stay away from this company. We bought kitchen cabinets. Alex told us 3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks when we called, our calls were never returned. Their customer service is terrible. Then week six and still no cabinets. We went up to personally talk to someone who told us our cabinets would arrive at their warehouse in a week. The next day we received a phone call that the cabinets were in and ready for pickup. We picked them up and our contractor began the install of the sub-standard cabinets. They were packed terribly, had scratches, mars, dents and an uneven finish. We called to complain but Alex and his staff decided not to take our phone calls, not to return our phone calls and not to bother with us because they received their money. More calls on the sub-standard quality of the cabinets and Angelo told us to take pictures and email them to him. Really??? We spent over $3000.00 and we have to take pictures???? Even with pictures we were given a crayon stick to fix the imperfections. Alex was there for our first visit and promised us the sun, moon and stars. Now that we paid he is not interested in resolving any problems. He even told us that kitchens were not his department, we would have to talk to Angelo. They are selling your a scam promise. Pay a little more and deal with a company who will deliver quality and return your phone calls! Their online reviews from their website are also a scam.

BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS FROM NORTHEAST; BASICALLY FURNITURE IS POOR QUALITY, BUT WORSE THAN THE FURNITURE IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DELIVERY OF FURNITURE NOT AS PROMISED, THEN GET THE "RUN AROUND" WITH ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES; DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS...THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THAT ONCE YOUR FURNITURE IS PAID FOR, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
