Pool Membership Sign Up Dates and Changes: What You Need To Know

Can't wait til summer? Join the club. Luckily, pool season is around the corner.  

The Beachwood Family Aquatic Center is introducing a new family photo identification system, according to the city's website.

Everybody who buys a membership or renews a membership will be getting a new photo. 

Early registration starts May 20-23 from 1-6 p.m. at the community center. After that, you can register Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Recreation Office, 25325 Fairmount Blvd.

Be prepared when you go: 

• Only residents or non-residents who work for the city can buy a pool membership. 
• Bring two pieces of identification proving your address.
• If you work for the city, bring a pay stub or a letter from your supervisor.
• And you can only buy a pool membership in person. 
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The swimming pool season starts May 25, with early swimming days on May 25, 26, 27 and June 2, 8, 9. The first full day of swimming begins June 14.
