Patriotism on Display on the Lawn of Beachwood City Hall
The Field of Flags will once again grace the west lawn of city hall starting May 20, 2013.
Part landscaping, part show of patriotism, the flag display at Beachwood City Hall will begin Monday May 20, 2013.
The Field of Flags is a 30-foot by 60-foot flag painted on the grass of the west lawn of city hall. The giant painting includes acutal flags as well, said Karen Carmen, Beachwood's Community Services Director, by email.
The display will stay up until June 14, Flag Day.
