"This is a great event for the experienced triathlete who wants to stay in shape and remain active throughout Cleveland’s long winter,” said Keith Polster, chair of the Mandel JCC Triathlon Committee in a press release. “It’s also a fun way for the casual athlete and families to share a Sunday afternoon together. Last year’s event was a sellout so we are really encouraging early registration.”

Team registration is $65 and individual registration is $45. The JCC encourages anyone who participates can get local businesses, friends or family to sponsor them to raise money for the JCC’s financial assistance fund, which provided more than $400,000 to families to send their children to the J’s summer day and overnight camps last year.
