“We got down early but one of the things I emphasized to our players after the game and I told them I’m really proud with how they overcame that,” Beachwood head coach Ben Singer said after the game.

“Our starting pitcher came out and struggled a little bit and we made a couple errors early in the game. Their heads were down so we brought them in and said we have to recover and come back and work our way back to get a win out of this and they did.”
