Cooking Class: Braised Pot Roast
This interactive cooking class includes dinner and will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions of the chef and dietitian as well as receive recipes that can be prepared at home. It will be held in the UH Ahuja Medical Center Dining Café (lower level).
Space is limited to 10 participants per class. Registration is required.
