Breaking the Arthritis Pain Chain is a four-week, educational series that explores these topics:  Understanding Arthritis; Pain Management; Diet & Exercise; Complementary Therapies & Stress Reduction. 

Attend all four or just the ones that are right for you.  The fee is $10 per session or sign up in advance and pay $35 for all four plus get a free Arthritis Foundation book!
