Bison's 52-47 win moves the team to district championship against Gilmour Friday
The Beachwood High School boys basketball team beat Chanel* Tuesday night, advancing to the district championship game this weekend.

“That was just an emotional game on a lot of different levels,” coach Jason Pecjak told BeachwoodBison.org. “Our seniors wouldn’t let us lose that game. I think that’s what it came down to. Jon Tramer there late for the loose ball, Jordan Richardson on the put-back, Jared Williams on the tip he had in there; our seniors would not let us lose that game. That was a team win.”

The Bison play Gilmour Friday for the district title at Painesville Harvey High School at 7 p.m.
