POLL: Do You Support a New Hotel at Signature Square?

Property owners want to build lifestyle hotel at Chagrin and Richmond; public hearing set for Nov. 7

Beachwood residents have attended City Council meetings to voice their opinions on a hotel porperty owners want to build on Signature Square

the hotel would cause traffic and safety concerns for residents close to the property, which is at the corner of Chagrin Boulevard and Richmond Road. Proponents assert that the hotel would bring commerce to the city and fill a demand expected with the development of new businesses in Beachwood, such as Eaton's world headquarters.

It is zoned now for office buildings, and property owners received approval to build an office building on the corner several years ago.
