Beachwood City Council will host a public hearing about rezoning residential land to allow for at tonight’s meeting.
The ordinance would rezone one of two adjacent residential parcels the district bought last spring. The second parcel will remain zoned as residential, but a home standing on it will be demolished and replaced with landscaping, providing a clear view of the renovated high school from Richmond Road.
