  • Changed Dollar Bank’s zoning classification from U-4a to U-9.
  • Paid bills.
  • Authorized up to $3,500 additional money to pay Oxbow Engineering (City Planner George Smerigan) to continue overseeing the renovations to the Beachwood Municipal Services Building.
  • Accepted tax levies and certifying them to the county auditor.
  • Authorized the finance director to negotiate a renewal for the city’s general liability insurance.
  • Authorized the purchase of a 2012 Ford Fusion for the Human Services Department at a cost of about $15,000.
