Beachwood Place Plans to be Discussed at Joint Work Session

A representative from ka architects will be on hand tonight

Beachwood officials will get a sneak into near-future plans at city's biggest retail hub.

The Beachwood Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council's committee-of-the-whole will hold a joint work session at 5:30 p.m. regarding upcoming projects at Beachwood Place Mall.

The city will hear from Jim Heller of Cleveland-based ka architects, the firm that is expected to design an upcoming project at Beachwood Place for property owner GGP. Assistant Clerk of Council Pat Vanek said the city does not know much about the plan itself, but that Heller will be discussing ideas and not making a formal presentation.
