5 Things You Need To Know About Patch's Elections Coverage

Get the low-down on what to expect from Beachwood's Elections pages - and how you can participate

Beachwood Patch is your elections headquarters. Here’s a rundown of what to expect this elections season.

  1. We’ll give each candidate a profile page as they file, including information they provide about themselves and, if they want, a short video. See the full list of candidate profiles at
  2. Each candidate will be encouraged to blog on Beachwood Patch. This will give them a direct line to you – Beachwood voters – to talk about the issues that are important to you. (Don’t forget, anyone can blog!)
  3. We have an Elections section on the site where you can access all of our elections news: just click on News at the top of this page and select “Elections.”
  4. We’ve created a Beachwood Elections Facebook page – “like” it to be the first to know about candidate filings, blogs and articles.
  5. We want to hear from you, too! Even if you’re not running, send a letter to the editor, start a blog or just voice your thoughts in our comments as the decision day draws near.
