According to police, Mahnen refused to take a breath test and started getting combative with officers, taking a fighting stance and attempting to bite them.

No one was injured and Mahnen was taken to the Summit County Jail. Police charged her with driving under the influence, open container and obstructing official business.

Drunken driver tells wife, "I'll be in jail"- When a Twinsburg Police officer approached a car he had pulled over on Dec. 1, he found the driver on the phone.

The 42-year-old man, who smelled heavily of alcohol, was on the phone with his wife and telling her he was going to be in jail, according to the police report.

The officer let the man finish his conversation and then had him perform a field sobriety test, which performed poorly on, the report reads.

The man provided a breath sample at the Twinsburg jail, registering a .164, more than double the legal limit of .08.

Radio personality caught drunken driving- Cleveland radio personality and comedian Chad Zumock was arrested and charged with drunken driving in Lakewood on Nov. 30.

Zumock was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to control and a seatbelt violation.

He was fired from WMMS earlier this week.
