iPhone locator program leads to recovery

Monday, Sept. 3, 8 a.m. — Police recovered a stolen iPhone from a driver on Woodside Drive after the owner tracked the phone’s location using a software program to the car.

Police spotted the car and pulled over the driver on a traffic violation, the report states. Officers found out that the driver had the stolen phone and charged him with theft.

$12,000 watch missing from residence

Monday, Sept. 3, 5 p.m. — An Annesley Road resident reported that a $12,000 watch had been missing from his home since July.

Car broken into on Old Green Road

Monday, Sept. 3, 6:48 p.m. — An Old Green Road resident reported that someone entered his car and took $30.
