Sneiderman Shooting: Trial to Resume Thursday

Defense to resume making case for Neuman's insanity

The trial of the man accused of killing Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman is in recess until Thursday morning,

Monday defense attorneys spent the day making the case for Neuman's insanity at the time of the shooting. They say that he suffered from delusions, believed that he and Sneiderman's widow Andrea's relationship was more serious than it was and that the Sneiderman children were his.

Prosecutors have argued that, in fact, Neuman is faking a mental illness, and that Andrea Sneiderman knew about the plan and may have been in on it.
