Sneiderman Shooting: Panitch Will Not Be Called as Witness

Challenge of judge's decision is rejected, defense tries to get judge to reconsider decision on making psychologist hand over evaluation

Esther Panitch, the attorney for the estranged wife of Hemy Neuman, will not take the stand as a witness in Neuman’s trial, according to Dunwoody Patch.

Neuman is accused of gunning down Beachwood native Rusty Sneiderman outside of a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare on Nov. 18, 2010.

Monday, the judge in the case quashed a witness subpoena from Neuman’s defense attorneys.

Neuman has entered a plea of insanity. The trial in his case is set to start on Feb. 13.
