Sneiderman Shooting: Neuman Refuses Third-Party Psychological Evaluation

Suspect entered insanity plea but asked for trial to begin Oct. 17 without court-appointed evaluation

The man accused of the shooting death of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has indicated that he will not submit to a psychological evaluation by a court-appointed psychologist.

Hemy Neuman is within his rights to refuse the test. His trial is scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 17.
