New documents in the case against Hemy Neuman show that he may have inquired about and purchased – in cash – a Bersa handgun two weeks before Russell Sneiderman was shot and killed last year,
Neuman is accused of killing Beachwood native and alumnus Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman in a day care center parking lot last November.
