Sneiderman Children Visitation Case Settled
The custody battle over slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman's children was dismissed in a DeKalb County court this morning.
The visitation case over the children of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman and his widow — and the woman who's been charged with his murder — has been dismissed, Atlanta's 11Alive News reports.
Andrea Sneiderman is out of jail on a $500,000 bond until her trial on charges that she was involved in her husband's slaying. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, is serving a life sentence in jail for shooting and killing Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, Ga. day care in 2010.
Sneiderman's parents, who still live in Beachwood, sued the children's mother, Andrea Sneiderman, for visitation rights several months ago.
