The visitation case over the children of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman and his widow — and the woman who's been charged with his murder — has been dismissed, Atlanta's 11Alive News reports.
Andrea Sneiderman is out of jail on a $500,000 bond until her trial on charges that she was involved in her husband's slaying. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, is serving a life sentence in jail for shooting and killing Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, Ga. day care in 2010.
Sneiderman's parents, who still live in Beachwood, sued the children's mother, Andrea Sneiderman, for visitation rights several months ago.
This morning, the case was dismissed without prejudice because both parties had reached an agreement. The filing does not detail the arrangement, 11Alive reports.
