Sneiderman Attorneys Want Charges Dropped

Representatives have asked that most of the 16 charges be dismissed.

Lawyers for the woman accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, want non-murder charges against her to be dropped.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, attorneys filed a motion to have 13 of 16 charges dropped on Monday.

The paper reported that representatives argued "prosecutors failed to specifically address allegations she lied to police and concealed evidence that could have led to the capture of her husband’s killer."
