Sneiderman Custody Battle, Lawsuit Ruling Near

The custody battle over the children of slain Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman is expected to end soon, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports

MyFoxAtlanta reports that Sneiderman's widow asked a judge Tuesday to grant her a protection order against the Sneiderman family to protect information about her finances and her personal and professsional life.

Sneiderman was shot and killed in the parking lot of a daycare facility near Atlanta, where he lived, in 2010. His widow Andrea Sneiderman's boss, who testified that he had a romantic relationship with Andrea, was convicted of the murder early this year.

Andrea Sneiderman is in the midst of a custody battle and a wrongful-death lawsuit from Russell's parents, who live in Beachwood, and his brother, who lives in the Cleveland area.
