Hemy Neuman faces murder, gun charges in 2010 shooting of Beachwood native
UPDATE:
A Georgia grand jury has indicted a man in the 2010 shooting of Beachwood native Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman, according to Dunwoody Patch.
Hemy Neuman has been charged with one count of malice murder and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony after prosecutors say he shot and killed Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, GA, daycare center.
