West pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted burglary in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court this afternoon. He is in jail on a $25,000 bond.

Sechrist would not say whether the West had property from the home with him.

Sechrist added that he expects more charges to be added to West’s case. Police are investigating whether West was involved in other Beachwood burglaries in the last few months.
