News-Herald: Beachwood Father, Daughter Arrested for Trying to Hire Contract Killer

Christine Metter and father Al Zombory charged with conspiracy to commit murder; held on $500,000 cash bond

A Beachwood woman and her father have been arrested for trying to hire a man to kill the woman's ex-husband, the News-Herald reports.

Christine Metter, 40 and her father Al Zombory, 76, met with an undercover officer posing as a hit man Friday and paid the officer to commit the murder. The two were immediately arrested and will be charged with conspiracy to commit murder, a first-degree felony. 

They are being held on $500,000 cash bonds and face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
