Neuman Trial: Closing Arguments Could Begin Tuesday
Both sides have rested; jury off this afternoon as counsel, judge polish jury instructions
Both sides have rested in the trial of the man who shot and killed Beachwood native Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman,
The jury has been dismissed for the afternoon, but are to return at 9 a.m. Tuesday, when closing arguments could begin. Counsel from both sides are expected to reconvene this afternoon to polish jury instructions.
