Woman reports missing diamond ring
Wednesday, Sept. 12, 9:48 p.m. — A Cedar Road resident reported a $1,000 diamond ring went missing between Tuesday at 4 p.m. and Wednesday at 8 p.m.

Masseuse reports assault at Beachwood hotel
Wednesday, Sept. 12, 9:48 — A woman called police and reported that a man she had given a massage to a man at the Residence Inn, but that he became upset that she would not complete a “full service” and assaulted her. He fled before police arrived and no one was charged.

Purse stolen from car
Friday, Sept. 14, 7:53 p.m. — A woman reported that someone smashed her car’s window and stole her purse while it was parked at the Mandel Jewish Community Center. The total damage, including the stolen items, was $2,100.
Drunken, passed out man found at gas station
Sunday, Sept. 16, 2:16 a.m. — An officer spotted a man lying next to a garbage can and believes he was drunk. The man was transported to a hospital but not charged.
