Investigator Accuses Andrea Sneiderman Of Deleting Texts, Calls From Her Phone

The investigator said the texts and calls were from Hemy Neuman, the man who killed her husband, according to news reports

An investigator testified earlier this week that Andrea Sneiderman deleted texts and phone calls from her employer Hemy Neuman on the day her husband was killed, according to 11alive.com.

Sneiderman is accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, and Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.

An investigator for the DeKalb County District Attorney's office testified that the phone company reported that several texts and calls were traded between Sneiderman and Neuman the day of Russell Sneiderman's death.

However, those calls, texts and their contents were deleted from Andrea Sneiderman's phone, the investigator said.

Her attorneys argued to Judge Gregory Adams that most of the charges on which she has been indicted are too vague, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Adams has made no decision as of yer pertaining to the indictment.

Sneiderman's trial is set to begin July 29.

Sneiderman was charged with being involved in her husband's November 2010 shooting and is currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond.
