Facebook Murder-for-Hire Target to Testify
Christine Metter's ex-husband David Metter is expected to take the stand this morning
David Metter, the man Christine Metter is accused of trying to kill, and Patrick Sabo, the man who said she and her father offered him $50,000 for the murder, are expected to testify today.
after prosecutors say she and her father, Al Zombory, tried to hire a hitman to kill her ex-husband David Metter.
She is in Lake County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

and five women and 11 men were chosen to serve.
During defense attorney Michael Lear argued that Metter was coerced into the plot by her father Al Zombory and Sabo. Prosecutors argued that she intended for Sabo to kill her ex.

Also Tuesday, shown to Metter and Zombory to make them think David Metter had been shot and killed, and they heard Sabo's 9-1-1 calls to police.
The trial is expected to continue through this week.
