Facebook Murder-for-Hire Suspects to Appear in Court Today
Both remain in jail on $500K cash bonds

The Beachwood father and daughter accused of have been indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

The indictment was returned on Thursday, July 29, according to court records. Christine Metter, 40, and her father Al Zombory, 76, both of Beachwood, remain in Lake County Jail on $500,000 cash bonds.
The two are accused of asking Metter’s high school friend Patrick Sabo to kill Metter’s ex-husband. They were arrested in a sting June 3.

Sabo testified in June that, during a Facebook chat with Metter, he jokingly said she should put a hit on the ex-husband she complained to him about. That night, Zombory took Sabo to dinner and offered him $50,000 to kill the man, and Sabo contacted police.
Metter’s attorney filed a motion to reduce her bond last month
