Wednesday, Aug. 29, 5:05 p.m. — A man was arrested at Beachwood Place Mall and charged with public intoxication and receiving stolen property after police recovered a $180 pair of stolen sunglasses.

Adult, juvenile charged with stealing
Wednesday, Aug. 29, 8:18 p.m. — A woman and a juvenile girl were arrested at Beachwood Place and charged with shoplifting $280 of merchandise.

Car stolen from R.H. Myers
Thursday, Aug. 30, 11:51 a.m. — An R.H. Myers resident reported that her car was stolen from the parking lot. The incident was recorded on the apartment’s security cameras.
Drunken driver naps at fire station
Friday, Aug. 31, 2:50 a.m. — Police say a man was found napping and arrested at Fire Station 2 on Chagrin Boulevard. He was charged with drunken driving, driving too slow and possession of marijuana.
