Disturbances at Starbucks, Middle School Basketball Game

Sunday, Feb. 6

10:50 p.m. – Alexander Voigt, 20, of Beachwood was arrested at 26421 N. Woodland Road and charged with OVI and cited for speeding and not using headlights.

1:55 a.m. – Troy Wilcox, 46, Cleveland was arrested at Richmond and Harvard Roads and charged with OVI and possession of marijuana.

3:27 a.m. – Robert Croom, 30, of Cleveland was arrested by East Cleveland Police on an outstanding Shaker Heights Municipal Court warrant.

5:06 p.m. Officers were called to gym after an 8th grade basketball game was stopped because of parents’ “unruly behavior.” The problem was resolved before police arrived and no more arose. No further information was available.

Tuesday, Feb. 8

1:48 p.m. – James Holomon, 19, of Cleveland and a juvenile were arrested at 24065 Chagrin Blvd. and charged with stealing $131.96 of merchandise and possession of criminal tools.

Wednesday, Feb. 9

3:21 p.m. – Freya Canty, 41 and Jannae Canty, 19, both of Euclid, were arrested after they were involved in an argument at 22841 Chagrin Blvd. They have each been charged with disorderly conduct. Police said the women did not know the other patrons they were arguing with but would not release further information.
