Andrea Sneiderman has asked a judge to postpone proceedings in the Sneiderman family's lawsuit against her alleging that she participated in her late husband's murder.

Sneiderman was charged with being involved in Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman's November 2010 shooting and is currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond.

"Andrea will undoubtedly be put in a classic Catch 22 if she has to sit for a deposition. But, by itself, that is not typically sufficient reason to postpone depositions," attorney David Weinburg writes.

Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.
Late last year, prosecutors suggested that a third man was involved in Andrea Sneiderman's life, complicating the already-convoluted case against her.
