Juveniles arrested for nearly $400 shoplift

Wednesday, Dec. 5, 6:51 p.m. — Two juvenile females were arrested at Nordstrom at the Beachwood Place Mall and charged with theft and receiving stolen property for items valued at $386.

Beer and bagels: Man caught drinking Brueggers refuses to leave

Saturday, Dec. 8, 12:54 p.m. — A Bruegger’s Bagels employee called police to report that a man he had caught drinking beer in the store before had returned and refused to leave. No charges were filed.

$700 in eyeglass frames stolen

Saturday, Dec. 8, 9:02 p.m. — Eyemasters reported that someone stole four eyeglasses frames valued at $700.
