Beachwood Woman Charged With Assault at Apt. Pool
Police: Mom hit parent over dispute about kids

A Beachwood woman was arrested and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct after police say she got into a fight with a neighbor at her apartment’s pool.
According to the report, Terence Boston, 34, fought with another parent May 27 at the swimming pool at Beachwood Villas, 3465 Green Road. The parent had told their children not to play with Boston’s children, said police.

Boston is accused of swinging her arm and hitting the other parent in the eye with her finger. The parent was not seriously injured.
Her charges are pending approval from the Beachwood prosecutor.
