Beachwood Police Puts Snow Parking Ban in Effect

Motorists are asked to remove their cars off city streets

Beachwood Police put a snow parking ban on city streets on Wednesday after a blizzard hit Northeast Ohio.

According to the department's Twitter feed, motorists are asked to move all cars that are parked on streets within city limits. The ban will allow workers to plow and salt the streets.

It is up to Police Chief Mark Sechrist to lift the ban. The National Weather Service placed a winter weather advisory on the Cleveland area until 11 p.m. Wednesday. About four inches of snow hit the region as of Wednesday evening.

This should be a great evening. Steve Berry, is one of the greatest authors of my decade along withRead More James Patterson. They both have done their homework in research and story-telling. I would love to listen to him, however, I will not be in the area that week. It would be wonderful if he were invited to the Heights area, either Legacy, Beachwood, Cleveland Hts., because he would bring down the house with fans. Thank you, again. Love his tales.
