Sunday, Sept. 11, 8:10 a.m. — An officer spotted at elderly male urinating in the parking lot of and asked him to leave the area. The man was not charged.

Monday, Sept. 12, 8:08 p.m. — Two boys reported that their bikes were stolen from the between 5:45 and 7:35 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 13, 7:42 p.m. ­­— Police picked up three large cats they believed to be left behind by someone who moved out of a home on the 240000 block of E. Groveland Road. The animal warden took custody of the animals.

Beachwood company accused of larceny

Tuesday, Sept. 13, 6:36 p.m. — An Idaho company alleged that a Beachwood company refuses to return $8,990 inadvertently sent to them. No charges have been filed. Police said the incident is under investigation and would not release further information.

Thieves escape Nordstrom with $1,300 purse

Wednesday, Sept. 14, 8:33 p.m. — at the reported that a man and a woman were stealing a $1,295 purse. Store security lost sight of the two before police arrived and no suspects were located.
