Baby Clothes, Designer Shirts and Sunglasses: Retail Theft in Beachwood

Baby Clothes and False ID

Two teen-age girls were caught trying to steal baby clothes from H&M in Beachwood Place at 4 p.m. Friday May 10. Police said they hid the clothing in their purses. Adding to their crimes, they also gave false names when identifying themselves to Beachwood Police.

Shoplifting Designer Shirts

A teenage girl was charged with shoplifting after being caught trying to take two Ralph Lauren shirts from Dillard’s on Monday May 13.

Tiffany Sunglasses Lead To Arrest

A man was arrested for shoplifting after being caught trying to take a pair of $385 Tiffany sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut in Beachwood Place Sunday May 12. Police found that the man also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and took him into custody.
