Monday, April 23, 1:56 p.m. — About $200 of copper wire was reported stolen from the Eaton construction site at 1000 Eaton Blvd.

Blood discovered on sidewalk

Monday, April 23, 5:42 p.m. — A resident reported blood on the sidewalk at Halburton Road. Officers report that it appeared to be from an animal.

Wanted man charged with shoplifting

Tuesday, April 24, 8:01 p.m. — A man was arrested at Sephora at the and charged with stealing $324 of merchandise. He was wanted in Chagrin Falls, the report notes.

Arrest: $1,168 shoplift from Sunglass Hut

Tuesday, April 24, 10:21 p.m. — A woman was arrested at the Sunglass Hut at the Beachwood Place Mall and charged with shoplifting $1,168 of merchandise.

Laptop stolen from Chagrin office

Thursday, April 26, 12:43 p.m. — The offices of  reported a laptop valued at $1,500 stolen.

Woman charged with $500 shoplift

Thursday, April 26, 1:01 p.m. — A woman was arrested at the Beachwood Place Mall and charged with shoplifting $500 of clothing and trespassing.
