Andrea Sneidmerman Pleads Not Guilty for Third Time

Widow of Beachwood native Rusty Sneiderman re-arraigned in a Georgia court on charges she helped kill her husband

The woman accused of helping to kill her husband and Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has pleaded not guilty for a third time in a Georgia courtroom, according to Atlanta's 11Alive News.

Andrea Sneiderman was re-arraigned Wednesday on a revised indictment that includes more details about the charges against her, the news station reports.

This is the third time Sneiderman has been indicted in this case.

Her trial is set to begin July 29.

Sneiderman was charged with being involved in her husband's November 2010 shooting and is currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond.

Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.
