The widow and accused murderer of Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman has withdrawn a request for a judge to allow her to visit her husband's grave next week, Atlanta's 11Alive News reports.
Andrea Sneiderman is accused of conspiring in the November 2010 murder of Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare center.
The widow faces murder, criminal attempt to commit murder, perjury and other charges and is currently staying at her parents' home under house arrest.

Her former boss Hemy Neuman was handed a life sentence earlier this year for shooting Russell Sneiderman, and prosecutors allege that Andrea Sneiderman manipulated Neuman into doing it for the $2 million in life insurance money.
