Andrea Sneiderman Trial: Opening Statements Begin
Sneiderman facing 13 counts after death of Beachwood native, her husband, Russell Sneiderman
Andrea Sneiderman's defense argued, during opening statements in her trial Monday, that she did nothing wrong, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Sneiderman is accused of committing perjury during the trial of her former boss for killing her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman. She faces 13 counts, though three murder counts were dropped days before the trial began.
Prosecution argued today that the widow had an affair with her former boss and knew about the plot, but the defense argued that she did not participate in her husband's murder.
